Our History
We opened Café Diem in November 2020, after purchasing an existing café in Val Verde Plaza, and moved to our current space in September 2021 to better accommodate our guests. Today we’re a locally owned and operated restaurant serving breakfast and lunch all day, seven days a week. You’ll find us on the lower level of The Apartments @ Lux 96, on the corner of 96th St. and Portal Rd.
